Quick Trip to SLO

On Friday, even though my poor baby girl has been trying to kick this cold, we traveled down to SLO to help my mom with the surprise party she was throwing for my dad. Not only was it a success and a total surprise that Riley and I were there, she even popped out of a wrapped box with enthusiasm and said "Happy Birthday Pop!" What a darling girl! Dad was overwhelmed with love and emotion. I was so blessed to be able to spend time with my family, even for the short time.
